A group of our Middle Eastern clients were interested in investing in Latin American renewable energy. So we organised an eight-day tour of Brazil that connected wealth creators, entrepreneurs and investors from all over the world.

Our relationship managers from the Middle East and North Africa teams contacted the regional HSBC Head for Latin America. Together, they arranged for the group to observe how other clients are managing local energy infrastructure and investments in different parts of the country.

In Sao Paolo, our Latin American experts advised them on developing investment strategies, built around HSBC Group's extensive network in Brazil.

In Rio de Janeiro, they had breakfast with the HSBC Group CEO. He opened doors they would never have known existed - introducing them to successful entrepreneurs who own businesses in the region.
